Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand and we are willing to give you the best deal for your experience to be enhanced in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your ACE ELITE. Unfortunately due to Covid, we are unable to receive or return you order once purchased. If you have any concerns reach out to our email at theaceelite@gmail.com and we will create an opportunity for you to purchase something new at a discounted rate.

EXCHANGES
ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS MUST BE SENT TOO -
We will also make exchanges easy! You can exchange your item for a different size or color of the original style ordered within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed as well. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email theaceelite@gmail.com and we will get the process started.
*Returns and exchange policy may change if we have an exclusive item and or drop. Some items are made to order, and are extremely limited. On our items that are made to order if you order the wrong size, you will have to pay again to get your correct size due to our manufacturing process. Please refer to our sizing measurements to ensure you order the right size.
